1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern registration for, attendance at, and participation in B2Coast events (the “Event”), organized by the B2Coast organizers - SaaStanak d.o.o. (“Organizer”), as well as use of any related websites or materials.

By accepting an invitation to, registering for, or attending the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules or guidelines communicated by the Organizer or the event venue.

2. Eligibility & Invitation

B2Coast is an invite-only event. Attendance is limited to individuals who have received a valid invitation and completed registration.

You must be at least 18 years of age to attend.

Invitations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the Organizer.

3. Travel, Visas, and Identification

You are solely responsible for determining visa requirements and obtaining any necessary travel documents. Failure to secure travel authorization does not entitle you to a refund.

You may be required to present valid photo identification to access the Event or related activities.

4. What’s Included

Unless otherwise specified in writing, the invitation may include access to conference sessions, curated networking, accommodation, meals, and hosted side events as outlined in the official schedule.

The Organizer does not guarantee participation in specific activities if capacity limits are reached.

5. Event Changes

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event program, schedule, speakers, venues, side events, or activities at any time.

No specific speaker, session, or activity is guaranteed. Changes do not entitle attendees to refunds.

6. Recordings & Photography

The Organizer, sponsors, and authorized partners may take photographs, audio recordings, or video recordings during the Event.

By attending, you grant permission for your image, voice, and likeness to be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. You waive any right to review or approve such materials.

7. Data Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with the Event will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

Data may be shared with service providers, venues, sponsors, and partners solely for Event-related purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

The Organizer is not responsible for services provided by third parties, including accommodation providers, transportation operators, or external vendors.

Any engagement with third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Event and all related services are provided “as is.” The Organizer makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, business results, or connections arising from participation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance or participation in the Event.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.

12. Updates

The Organizer may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in or attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
